We have four rooms in the main house and a cottage available for your use.
All the rooms contain private bathrooms with shower and toilet.
The included facilities are a common living room, dining room, glasshouse, walking trail and the garden.
Our large glasshouse, equipped with an outdoor kitchen, tables and chairs allong with sound and lighting, is available for parties and events.

Full breakfast can be served daily for your stay if wanted and we try to use only organic ingredients if possible.
Please ask us for a special arrangement if you need special selection on foods.
The sample rates are as follows (This rate is based on double occupancy, prices are subject to change depending on season and availability):
- Room 1: NZD 265
- Room 2: NZD 195
- Room 3: NZD 175
- Room 4: NZD 155
- Cottage: NZD 295
Bookings for a week or more will receive a good discount on the above listed prices.

Payment and Cancellation:
- We would like to request half the tariff as deposit at the time of your reservation and the rest 1 week prior to your arrival (or cash upon arrival).
- In case of cancellation, your deposit is fully refundable up to 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival.
Please note the following:
- Please ask for discounted weekly rates or group discount.
- No smoking throughout the building and no pets.
- Minimum stay is 2 nights.
- For the cottage and room #1, additional guest rate is NZD40/ person.
- Visa and Mastercard Accepted (no personal cheques please).
